§ 1 Scope of the Platform & Nature of the Service

1. Gardoon Ltd operates a purely informational analytics, monitoring, and visualization platform for on-chain metrics of the LoopNetwork ecosystem across the Binance Smart Chain (BSC Mainnet) and Loop L1 at loop-analytics.io.

2. The platform provides a graphical open-source user interface (Frontend) that enables users to inspect publicly accessible blockchain data, query decentralized smart contracts, and interact with independent third-party decentralized protocols (such as PancakeSwap V2) using standard self-custodial Web3 wallets (e.g., MetaMask, TrustWallet) under their own responsibility.

§ 2 No Financial Products & No Financial Advice

1. All information, metrics, and visual data displayed on the website (including spot price quotations, market capitalizations, donut distribution charts, whale holder lists, live transaction feeds, 10x AMM price impact simulators, and on-chain forensic calculations) are provided strictly for informational and educational purposes.

2. No content on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal counsel, or a solicitation or endorsement to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency tokens, securities, or digital assets. All investment and transaction decisions are made solely at the user's independent discretion and risk.

§ 3 Non-Custodial Interface & Exclusion of Fiduciary Relationship

1. Gardoon Ltd provides no custodial, brokerage, clearing, or fiat-crypto exchange services. At no point does Gardoon Ltd take possession, custody, or control of your private cryptographic keys, seed phrases, or digital tokens.

2. When executing token swaps, the website functions solely as a client-side interface forwarding user-defined transaction parameters directly to the official, decentralized PancakeSwap V2 Router (0x10ED43C718714eb63d5aA57B78B54704E256024E). Transactions are signed exclusively by you within your private Web3 wallet and settled peer-to-peer on the decentralized BNB Smart Chain network.

3. Gardoon Ltd levies a 0% platform surcharge on swaps. Users pay only standard network blockchain gas fees and the 10% on-chain token tax hardcoded into the BEP-20 LOOP token contract, which flows automatically into the deployer-managed buyback and liquidity pool.

§ 4 Smart Contract Risks, Volatility & Slippage

1. Blockchain transactions are immutable, irreversible, and final. Gardoon Ltd possesses no technical capability to cancel or reverse transactions, restore misdirected tokens, or remediate network execution failures.

2. Transactions may fail due to high market price volatility, low pool liquidity depth, or insufficient user slippage tolerances (e.g., TRANSFER_FAILED errors occur if slippage is set below 10.5% due to the mandatory 10% token tax). The risk of slippage, blockchain gas expenditures, and adverse market fluctuations is borne entirely by the user.

§ 5 Candle Runner Arcade Game & Weekly Tournaments

1. Participation in the skill-based arcade game Candle Runner in free Practice Mode is open and unrestricted to all visitors.

2. To enter the competitive Tournament Mode with a real on-chain jackpot prize pool, players interact directly with the verified, open-source smart contract on BSC (0x09e05531078112c5dD49819A3D8C858EEB42C466). The tournament ticket fee (50 LOOP) is transferred 100% into the smart contract balance.

3. Jackpot distributions occur automatically according to the transparent 70/15/15 distribution model (40% 1st Place, 20% 2nd Place, 10% 3rd Place, 15% permanent token burn to the dead address, 15% platform infrastructure and operations).

4. Eligibility Requirements: Participation in the tournament requires a minimum age of 18 years and full legal capacity under the laws of the user's jurisdiction. The use of automated bots, memory injection, altered client scripts, or exploits results in immediate disqualification and forfeiture.

§ 6 Limitation of Liability of Gardoon Ltd

1. Gardoon Ltd shall be held liable exclusively for intentional misconduct and gross negligence. Any liability for slight negligence is expressly excluded to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

2. Gardoon Ltd makes no warranty or representation regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy or latency of third-party APIs (such as DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, BSC RPC nodes), or unexpected disruptions of underlying decentralized blockchain infrastructure.

§ 7 Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction

All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with the use of this platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of Cyprus, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive venue and jurisdiction for all disputes shall be – to the extent permitted by law – the courts of Larnaca, Republic of Cyprus.

This processing is strictly conducted to ensure seamless network connection establishment, technical cybersecurity (mitigation of DoS/DDoS attacks), and platform stability. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Server log entries are automatically purged or overwritten after a maximum retention period of 14 days.

4. Web3 Wallets and On-Chain Interactions

1. When you connect a Web3 wallet (e.g., MetaMask) to the platform, the client application reads your public cryptographic wallet address to query your BNB and LOOP token balances directly from the blockchain network and display them in the interface.

2. We do not store your wallet address in a centralized user account database, unless you voluntarily submit a score in the competitive Candle Runner tournament mode. In that case, your public wallet address and achieved score are recorded in the public tournament leaderboard to facilitate transparent jackpot distribution (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

3. Please note: The BNB Smart Chain is an open, decentralized, public ledger. All transactions broadcast to the network (such as swaps or tournament ticket purchases) are permanently, irreversibly, and globally accessible to anyone.

5. External Services and APIs

To present real-time token valuations and on-chain telemetry, our server infrastructure queries public APIs and blockchain RPC nodes (including BSC RPC nodes, GeckoTerminal API, DexScreener API). In performing these system queries, no personal user data is communicated to external interfaces.

6. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you are entitled to the following statutory rights regarding your personal data processed by us:
